    Quick 30-minute call

    We scope fit from both sides. I'll tell you honestly whether this is something I can help with, and if not, who might.

  3. 3

    Proposal, then start

    If there's a fit, I draft a short engagement proposal covering scope, rate, cadence, and deliverables. You sign off, we start within a week.
